What products do you sell?

We sell tropical-themed, affordable, durable 100% cotton canvas products from Nani Island on the island of O'ahu in the magical state of Hawai'i, United States.

About reversible bags: If the bag you purchase is identified as reversible, you can turn the bag inside out for a totally different design (chosen randomly).

Design layout: Every item is handmade and the layout of the design may be different between items. Items may also have a different layout than the sample photo we provide.

How will my order ship?

All orders are shipped by United States Postal Service. After you receive a shipping notification and tracking number, you should receive your order in 2-6 business days, depending on the season. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing. We cannot ship outside the United States.

What’s your exchange policy?

We will gladly exchange any item that has been incorrectly sent to you or has manufacturing defects. Please contact us before shipping your merchandise back to us.

What’s your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returns accepted up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Please contact us before returning any product.
